Our partners set the direction, but the day-to-day work — the ledgers reconciled, the returns filed, the audits fielded — is carried by a growing bench of CPAs, accountants, and support staff. Many built their careers in finance, accounting, consulting, and even teaching roles across industries — from BPO and real estate to manufacturing, financial services, and academe — before bringing that range of experience to CCC. It’s a lean, hands-on team by design: big enough to cover eight practice areas, small enough that clients still deal directly with the people doing the work.
